Performed due diligence on delinquent accounts through manual dial, dialer and skip tracing on front-end, midrange, due diligence and foreclosure accounts. Generate payment arrangements acceptable by company guidelines for front-end, midrange, due diligence and foreclosure collections. Evaluate delinquent accounts for restructures and modifications per company guidelines. Using a manual dial and dialer system solicit and up-sell (inbound and outbound) a variety of consumer loans including secured/unsecured and closed end/revolving products. Verified loan by mail and offered ancillary products of credit life, disability or unemployment in 48 states for customer's needs. Ensured the customer's needs and provide the customer's with the benefits. Provide customers with information regarding other HSBC products and services.
