The biggest challenge I had was one time making lunch for the children and keeping them busy all at one time. This is a huge challenge because children love to get in things when you arent looking in one split second. For example, I had my back turned draining the vegitables off the stove one day while preparing their lunch, while talking to another child, and my little 2 & 3 year old took a red and pink crayon and in just one second flat they got down from the table and had fun on my kitchen walls. I couldnt believe they were that fast. It was hilarious.
