What's the secret to getting hired at U.S. NAVY?

It's not so much getting hired as it is being successful and staying in the Navy that's important. Almost anyone can join the Navy, but all services are being more selective on who they allow to stay in after their initial enlistment. In order to "stay Navy" you must pay attention, follow and understand the orders, and always strive to succeed. A strong sense of team will help.
