How would you describe what you did at Best Buy?

Between the Sales and Product Process positions, I led teams that directly impacted the entire customer experience. Best Buy sales reps are not commissioned, and a major challenge is to keep them motivated and dedicated to serving the customer by presenting the right solution. The best place to start this process is by hiring the right people! I also led teams that performed all of the merchandizing and inventory control processes in the stores. These employees had a variety of skill and motivation levels, so adapting my leadership style to effectively address all of the needs was essential.
