What's your ideal work environment?
A small or medium sized workplace with a close-knit team- an informal set up, deep respect and trust in each other's capabilities and intentions, where people are fired with passion and go out of their way to make the common effort successful. Something which is not encumbered with archaic corporate processes which delay and bar the progress. The environment must recognize and reward extra-ordinary competencies and nuture and exploit them.
