What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
SophistiCakes by Bonnie?
Doing everything with out internet. I had a computer, so I designed my brochures, flyers, etc.. Also, being able to find a recipe or design in the many, many books and magazines I had was a challenge. To solve this I made a spread sheet for recipes and one for designs. That way, I could look for, example; car cakes, and go right to that on my spread sheet and be able to find the cakes in a short amout of time.
