How would you describe what you did at crazy chameleon?

I started part time but end up being a fulltime employee because every client visited our premises enjoys talking to me.I made my directors to notice that every client is important irespective of how wealthy they are.The company sold more franchises in areas they thougt there was no bussiness through my advise.
