What's the secret to getting hired at Nordstrom?

I think the secret to get any job is having confidence in yourself, and to not try and be what the employer is looking for because everybody has their unique qualities about them that nobody else has. In my opinion, that is what makes working with a lot of people so much fun, learning what each person is capable of.
