How would you describe what you did at Convergys?

I am a customer service representative that works as a 3rd party for AT&T, which provide wireless services. My job would be range from assisting customers with general questions on the layout of the bills to doing upgrades for purchasing new phones. I have to have a lot of knowledge in the products such as plans and features available to add on the calling plans. I have to be able to troubleshoot the issues with phones and be able to resolve them if possible if not to get the customer over to the department that may also be able to resolve the issue(s), I am consider Technical Support Level 1.
