What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Ripon College Sodexo Food Service?

What I find to be challenging at my job is that I'm still learning, don't get me wrong I love to learn but it's not easy to work in a kitchen and have chefs expecting you to know exactly what to do. I haven't been to school yet for Culinary Arts, I plan to in the near future, it's no excuse I should be asking for more challenges and responibilities, that is something I am working at.
