What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Lear Corporation-Atlanta (Closed)?

Keeping associates aligned with constant change. We averaged 500 plus engineering changes over the first 3 years. New materials, components and assembly processes kept managers and associates focused. Union facilities can at times push back as a single entity when constant changes in requirements upset the balance of the workforce.
