What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?
I think the most rewarding aspect of a job is going above and beyond to complete a project efficiently and in a timely manor. Nothing can compare to the feeling of accomplishment after completing a project, especially if it affects the company and your co-workers in a positive and meaningful way. In a broader sense, doing well at my job motivates me to continue to do so, as well as to improve myself even more in the future.
