What's the secret to getting hired at Family Dollar?

I dont really think there was any kind of secret that got my hired for this particular position, other than My manager told my after she hired me that I seemed very confident, and she knew that I would be a great employee from the way I expressed interest in the products that we sold and the way I interacted with customers.
