What are the lunches like at state farm insurance?

There were many opportunities to eat a hot lunch in the cafeteria, or employees could bring lunch from home. A Toastmasters group met once a week and employees were encouraged to join and participate in the group. A longer lunch was even allowed to participate as State Farm realized the advanced skills employees learned at the meetings.
