What's your workspace like at Wetpaint?

We have an open floor office plan which means that everyone is out on the floor, including management & executives. Our Sr. Director of Biz Dev plays D.J. most days, and we all groove to and groan at the playlists. Lots of natural light and green walls make it fell less like an office and more like a home.
