After a bizarre experience on a Reality Television show called The Real World:New Orleans, I was offered promotional work for several companies as well as speaking engagements at Universities. I soon realized a market for diversity speaking and created a candid diversity lecture that has been far more successfull than I ever had imagined. Passion for the issues as well as intuitive people and communication skills were key in my success.
