How did you find your job at KPMG?

A recruiter at KPMG contacted me through Monster but I didn't respond as I was employed at the time and wasn't actively looking. 2 weeks passed and the recruiter emailed me a second time to ascertain my interest. Good thing he did! I emailed him my resume and the following week after 2 rounds of interviews, I was hired!
