A. Best place to work
B. Mellon acknowledges employee contribution (I'm talking about the big guy, I am talking about the little guy like me, in the front line, cruching numbers day in and day out, understand clients needs and offers them new products.
C. Mellon is not a micro-management company and so far I am satisfied with what Mellon has done for me.
