What do you miss most about
Employease?
Release nights. The release team would go to a nice dinner and then come back and put up the outage page. Over the next 12 hours or so, while waiting for your turn to put up your code or oversee migrations or verify test cases or (hopefully not) scrambling to fix problems, you were either sleeping on the floor, snacking, watching movies, playing video games, or wandering around outside in the dark. It was like a big sleep over party for geeks.
