What are the opportunities for advancement at SRS Software?

SRS Software is a relatively small organization which is sometimes challenging and sometimes beneficial. As one would expect from a small company, opportunities for advancement are prevalent throughout. The company is growing by leaps and bounds and they now have a "promote within" policy that is an excellent mantra if it can be sustained.
