Experiences at 24 Hour Fitness

i taught fitness classes and also showed clients how to use the fitness machines

Supervise up to 20 children at a time ages between 6 months - 13 years in a child care setting.
Respond to customers questions, describe services and answer phones.
Coordinate check in/out process for children and parents.

As an assistant operational manager i was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the receptionist. I also budgeted and scheduled the staff, i directed retail sales and promotions and monitored inventory control.
