I had the opportunity to rebuild the recruiting department from the ground up. This included hiring new personnel, creating new processes and modifying existing processes, aligning the recruitment support to better serve the business/departments, modify how the recruiters work with management, focusing on transitioning the department from reactive to proactive (e.g., value-add partners), and improving recruiting programs such as ERP, relocation, temporary staffing, etc.

The pace was very fast and much was accomplished during my time at 2Wire....
