* Serves as training lead for the transformation of both on shore and off shore vended call centers supporting specific communication clients.
* Creates training curriculum used to drive transformation initiatives while increasing Customer Satisfaction and First Call Resolution.
* Conducts
trainer certification courses and train the trainer sessions.
* Provides training plan for all transformation training which tracks planed vs. actual attainment of training scheduled and attended.
