In my current position as Recruitment Coordinator/International Recruiter, I manage the full life cycle recruitment of potential candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating rates with potential consultants, and maintaining positive relations with growing network of consultants. I also coordinate all aspects of the international recruitment process, from creating and posting ads to closing positions, verifying salaries, conducting reference checks, and obtaining letter of commitments, bio-data forms and other required paperwork from consultants....
