* Responsible for directing the analysis, development, testing and implementation of billing activities for services in North America
* Support all corporate initiatives, back-office system changes and product launches, including all billing system product and rate configuration activities, system integration and user acceptance testing. Also play a key role in Feature Requirement Document creation to ensure system changes successfully support the business from a provisioning and billing perspective. Manage a team of business analysts and maintain subject matter expertise on all OSS functionality and database tables.
* Manage all billing system vendor activities, including the submission of problems and enhancement requests. Responsible for escalation activities as well as the scheduling and coordination of system releases in addition to negotiation of vendor contracts.
