I ran a residential group home for six individuals with developmental disabilities. I was responsible for the day to day successful operations of the home. I managed a staff of approximately ten staff. Responsible for the health and well being of the six consumers who lived in the home. Processed all administrative paperwork. Created and implemented residential habilitation goals for the consumers....
