Paralegal work pertaining to the corporate insurance industry. Created contracts and retrieved signatures from Officers and Directors. Researched statutes, laws and regulations. Preparation and minute taking for Board of Director meetings. UCAA Expansion Applications - expanded Certificates of Authority in all states for more than 25 entities. What's the secret to getting hired at AIG?

Working hard and exceeding expectations. Completing projects prior to deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to work independently in a fast paced environment.

What are the three best things about working at AIG?

Diversity in tasks, dynamic nature of the organization, and the people that work there.
Every day was a new experience with new challenges and new ways to make a difference. Using those opportunities to learn and grow within the organization was fantastic. AIG is a very dynamic organization-
never stagnant or settling for what had been accomplished but rather to always look ahead and see what challenges could be overcome to be the best in the industry. How would you describe what you did at AIG?

(Formerly American General Financial Group) Promoted from Sr. Staffing Consultant to lead operational recruiting support efforts for four key AIG divisions (nationally) including: recruiting systems, process and workflow enhancements, web-based tools and resources, vendor management, and program support, including college recruiting. Additionally, producing quarterly and ad hoc reports on source utilization, compliance, and key recruiting metrics. Responsible for accurate,timely resolution of open and standalone suspense balances of over $25,000 aged 75 days.Attend and actively participate in "war room" meeting with representatives from assigned divisions so that timely action is taken for each assigned receivable.
