When my team was placed in transition, keeping the spirits up of the team to complete the necessary tasks to release the product on time. However it was doable and it was accomplished.

I started on the phone as a customer service representative and worked my way through many different areas of the company here in Tucson. Ending up as a project lead for the QA team.
