Responsible for all Human Resources activities in support of the HR Manager in a 900-person call center.
Communicated the application of personnel policies, laws, and programs by coaching and guiding management in the effective use of all human resource programs. Ensured proper administration
of benefits during new hire orientations and open enrollment process. Prepared reports to track trends in attrition, staffing, compensation, and recruiting; utilizing Microsoft Office Applications, ESMART, and Lawson HRIS. Responsible for all staffing requirements including hiring decisions and recruiting direct-hire employees. How would you describe what you did at APAC Customer Services?

Travel Coordinator:

* Works with corporate travel to ensure itinerary of all incoming and outgoing guest.
* Coordinates with various hotels to make reservations
* Liase with hotels to establish a corporate account and credit lines
* Established relationship with various government offices
such as NAIA and Department of Tourism
* Manages and updates a Site Visit Calendar
* Create a welcome kit and other marketing materials to be given to clients
* Provides assistance to clients and other site visitors
General Admin Functions:

* Regularly updates the organizational chart and contributes her knowledge in computer applications
* In-charge with the various concessionaires/ food vendors in Alabang
* Takes lead on other special projects: e.g Events coordination
* Be responsible for the overall office administration of the Philippine sites, ensure the effective delivery of administration services and basic office management
* Support the VP-Country Manager in the development of targeted strategies and the management of major strategic initiatives (internal and external)

I sold long distance and performed data entry for the first five years. After that I took catalog orders and performed customer service for customers who experienced problems with their orders. I also assisted in the training of new hires.
