I started off as a Hostess, greeting and seating people and occasionally bussing tables. I got promoted to carryout server where I took orders and packaged food for people to take out. I then became a trainer, training the incoming host and hostess because I had the knowledge to give the incoming employees. Now I am a server , serving the people that sit down and eat in the resturant. They are also considering making me a Key employee where I will be opening and closing the store as an Assistant manager....

You have to have flexible hours and be very polite and energetic.
