I recruit and place creative professionals (visual designers, UX designers, 3D artists) for contract roles at "the largest software company in the world".

Copywriter, editor, and proofreader through Aquent. Included extended assigments at Amgen and Kaiser Permanente and various L.A. advertising agencies.

Work as a freelance graphic and web designer on various projects when needed. Clients include: Circle
Solutions, Inc., NCMA, Fraser Wallace Advertising.

-Researched failed EDI transactions to determine root cause and facilitate/communicate/test/document resolution
-Performed audits on billing operations processes to identify gaps and implement process improvement plans
-Meter configuration, trouble shooting, tested, strategic planning, training support, documentation, process implementation
-Reviewed customer bills for general accuracy of meter readings and bill dates
-Created and corrected on-line bills from system generated error lists, both on-line and paper
-Updated and maintained customer account records, including but not limited to; addresses, mailing addresses and rates
-Activated and corrected bill accounts utilizing information located on the Ercot Web Portal
-Trained new employees on quality assurance process
-Business Analyst skills used to assist in establishing and optimizing billing policies
-Updated customer bills utilizing Adobe Acrobat and CISPlus...

Design and production for a variety of clients, including advertising, corporate, educational. Material produced include magazine and newspaper ads, brochures, booklets, presentation boards, etc. Clients include MetLife, JPMorgan, College Board, Silver Editions, Columbia University Press.

Dowden Media (April 2007-present)--design and produce material utilized by pharmaceutical companies.
Bristol-Myers Squibb (April 2006-March 2007)--Worked for the Clinical Trial Pod, designing and producing a large variety of art work, ranging from logo design to promotional material used by doctors and patients.
DiversityInc Magazine (May 2005-July 2007)--Designed and produced advertorial sections for a monthly publication...
