Responsibilities
* Management and update of the company's IT and telecom resources (Paris, Grasse and D??sseldorf).
* Requirements and specifications analysis in order to upgrade our production system management platform.
* Installation and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Terminal Server and ISA server.
* Development and maintenance of in-house applications: Formulation, Brief Management, Sales Stats, ...
* Development, according to European directives, of a risk assessment evaluation system for our perfumes.
* Installation of proxies, firewalls and VPNs using OpenSource tools.
* Integration of Trend Micro antiviral products to secure and protect networked resources (CSS & IMSS).
* Installation and maintenance of a WiFi network.

Achievements
* Determined from the very start to use every initiative at my disposal to keep IT costs as low as possible.
* A creative problem-solver, I reinstated old workstations using Open Source tools, and provided effective solutions based on in-house developments.
* I shared my enthusiasm with users, making their environment as friendly as possible, ensuring that they become more autonomous.
