How would you describe what you did at
AccuSource Group?
My job is really in three main areas. Operations, business development, and marketing.
Operations: I lead all the meetings, review stats, hire/fire, provide direction, motivation, etc.
As for Business Development, I work to form partnerships with healthcare technology employers who, not only has needs, but who place a value on our relationships in the market as well as our search methodology.
As for the marketing piece, I build, manage, and execute the entire marketing campaign for our very best candidates starting on the day they decide to move to another job. Whereever my candidates want to go, I can get them there. This is a first class service available only to those candidates who are a step above the rest....
