* Project Lead for Fingerprinting- Facilitate fingerprint searches ordered . Creation of a printable authorization ticket known as a CoC (Chain of Custody Ticket), which will be generated for the applicant including a barcode provided by the Fingerprint Collection Service (FPCS). Once the fingerprints have been recorded, they will be sent to the FBI via a channeling agent. They will be run through the FBI database, and the results will be sent back.
* Created all ISO documentation for entire department to include processes, procedures and work instructions. This documentation did not exist prior to my arrival.
* Created post-implementation survey and processes to analyze the entire on boarding process....
