Helped customers from the moment he/she walked into the store by getting them what they needed and or cashing them out. Also receiving orders, shipping orders to other stores and making sure the shelves are well stocked

Directed sales, marketing, campaign/targeted promotions and client service for specialized retail programs. Managed over 750 accounts in two divisions. Sold retail programs to new and established clients and business partners. Lead cross-functional project teams through full program development life cycles. Coordinated processes and events with distributors and Retail Business Managers/Field Staff. Mentored and lead sales and client service employee teams. Developed and deployed marketing programs to drive sales (CRM). Prepared program training and implementation documentation and guides. Devised marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
