I work in the quality dept, my specific title is mass spech. I inspect right hand radiators for leaks. I do this by filling the condensor with helium at a rate of 300psi. The helium is contained within the unit. Using a high tech device, sensitive only to helium, I then "sniff" all areas of connection, weld and the core itself. This device will sense any possible leak, no matter how small. If a leak is found, I must then trace its exact location, mark it and send it back failed as it cannot be used in any area of production. I may do this up to 125 times a day, each taking 2 1/2 min. to inspect....
