Jeff Buslik, a director who specializes in tenant representation and commercial real estate consulting, joined Adams & Co. Sept. 1, 2003, following in the footsteps of his father, James Buslik, a principal at the firm. Since joining Adams & Co., Jeff has focused primarily in the midtown region of Manhattan and has represented various firms, large and small. Jeff has executed all his transactions on an exclusive basis.
A relentless worker, with a drive to establish himself outside of his father's name, Jeff is rapidly building his own name in the field. Motivated by success, Jeff stands to be one of Adams' quickest producers to reach 500,000 square feet leased. In his first three years with Adams, Jeff is averaging more than a deal a month, having already completed over 50 transactions. Jeff was also recently recognized by Real Estate Weekly as one of the "Rising Stars in the Industry".
Prior to joining Adams & Co., Jeff worked in the Long Island commercial real estate market at Insignia/ESG (now CBRE). Jeff is also a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and Commercial and Industrial Brokers Society on Long Island.
Although highly focused on his customers, Jeff still finds time to volunteer with numerous not-for-profit agencies as well, including the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center; The Urbandove program for at-risk youth; The Boys & Girls Club and The New York City Rescue Mission. Jeff also served as a volunteer firefighter in high school.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in consumer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is in the process of complete a master's degree in real estate from NYU...
