What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Advanced Micro Devices?Constant reduction of Logistics/Supply Chain cost. Industry processes have to be in constant change with out any reduction in service parameters. Cost reductions and increased service must be the goals of change.

What's the secret to getting hired at Advanced Micro Devices?I was hired at AMD in an entry level planning role. To stay employed over the years and through multiple RIF I had to keep skill sets current, progress to other responsibilities, gain management and technical skills. Bottom line had to perform.
