Developed the Technician Technical Assessment for Advanced Micro Devices. Identified competencies, developed and delivered a behavioral interviewing process to technically assess the skills and knowledge of Wafer Fab Technicians who wanted to enter the training and promotion path to Maintenance Technician.

Wrote successful grant application to the Texas Smart Jobs Fund for $830K. Managed project after grant was awarded.... read more
