Experiences at Advantage Services Group

I was always given short term work. nothing permanent ever came up. The Jobs that I was given were great. I did warehousing, order pulling, restocking, I was using heavy hydraulic pumps, metal punchers. Did assembly work on doors and windows, aluminum and galvanized metals worked with glass cutting tools as well. I wanted to work more hours and the more I called the less work I would get. I thought that was what I was supposed to do is call for work. I called 16 times in just one week. i do not think I am terminated from there cause I have not heard from them maybe they shut down or moved but the work was great while it lasted....

My position at this company consisted of managing 150 employees, calculating payroll, scheduling employees' shifts, processing and sorting of parcel mail. I conducted all aspect of the hiring and separation process. Up kept TSA regulations, conducted Conference calls and handled business via-E-mail
