Provided defined benefit administration on three corporate accounts containing 20,000 to 380,000 participants.

Lockheed Martin Corporation (1/2006 - 6/2007)
* Worked closely with more than 50 team members to ensure the timely deliverable of estimate, intent, final calculation and batch term
packages.
* Subject Matter Expert for multiple sub-plans - interacted with client, customer service representatives, managers and team members on daily basis to solve and respond to complex issues relating to internal or external inquiries, questions and escalations. It involved in-depth researches, manual calculations and team collaborations.
* Trained a group of 7 team members on specific plans provision base on self-studied materials and self-developed calculation spreadsheets with multiple transfer combinations.
* Troubleshoot Sybase's generated level 2 calculations - defined issues, experimented with data and implemented changes to remove error warnings or flags. Eliminated the need of manual calculations by 15% to 25%.
* Performed manual benefit calculations for population of Actives, Term-Vested, Deaths, Layoffs, Disabilities, FICAs, MRDs and QDROs.
