Responsible for management of vital process improvement project, focused on the enhancement of a local, CMMI??-mature and contract-specific process set, in order to gain efficiencies and repeatability across programs. The enhancements include, but are not limited to: targeted alignment with customer's methodology, incorporating select ITIL best practices, incorporating processes for facilitating the ramp up of new programs, and improvements aimed at obtaining next CMMI?? maturity level.
