Experiences at Aggieland Learning Center

For the first 4 months I worked there, I was the primary 2 year old teacher under the supervision of the director that hired me. When we got a new director, I was given 2 raises, named Employee of the Month, Kid's Favorite, Team Player, and Best Classroom, and finally moved to the front desk to handle the organization of the learning center and deal directly with parents and payments. While in the classroom, I taught the 2(ish) year olds basic skills, hygeine(Hand washing), colors, shapes, numbers, sharing, and basic sign language to name a few. All teachers were also responsible for writing their own lesson plans, so I am experienced at that as well. When at the front desk, I answered phones, kept records of all the children at the school, delt with parents and payment plans, and was the "in-between" voice for the employees and the directors; also known as the peace-keeper....
