How would you describe what you did at Alacare Home Health and Hospice?

Volunteered in Cullman and Decatur, AL offices in HIM
Department. Filed medical records, loose reports, nurse and
home health aide visit notes. Filed physician orders into
proper medical records and other documents as requested
Answered phone as needed.
