Experiences at Alaris Medical Systems (Contract):

Held primary responsibility for procurement of parts, assemblies and services for a high reliability medical instrument product line during a business transition from MRP materials management to a Kanban system.

Initiated new procurement plan to address a transition from commodity to product line based procurement responsibility. Performed reviews of supply-chain status for all parts; identified the most critical areas and expedited corrective actions through internal departments: Engineering, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control and Supplier Management.

Successfully negotiated new Kanban support contracts with existing suppliers, resolving various scheduling, technical and financial issues.
