Network Operations Foreman. Supervise the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Wire Centers by insuring proper manpower, equipment and required supplies are readily available. Coordinate with Engineering, OSP, IT and other departments to determine present and future requirements for ATU's network. Assist in the ongoing development of the NetExpert system for the NOC. Network Operations General Foreman. Responsible for overseeing the ACS statewide Network Operations Center (NOC) and the ACS Anchorage area switching centers. Prepare and insure compliance to budgets. Provide a communications conduit between upper Management and the Inside Plant/NOC work force. Develop plans for ongoing improvement of Inside Plant operations to meet company goals and provide the best customer service possible.
