Managed telecom projects

- Managed all aspects of building the Alcatel North America Welcome Center to include planning, coordinating with multiple internal departments to include IT/IS, Facilities, HR, Finance, Sr. Mgt., project management, hiring, budgeting, floor planning and developing a phased cost reduction plan
- Directed Welcome Center operations
- Developed Technical Services description and price model for Alcatel North America
- Implemented pricing model into Global service organization
- Transitioning Technical Assistance Center from Reston Va. to Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
- Provided complete support to incoming Services AVP in ramping up Technical Service Organization
- Managed the marketing and sales of Technical Services Support into the Latin America Region resulting in a $2Million annual revenue
- Winner of 2003 Alcatel Cup of Excellence Award...
