What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Alcatel-Lucent?The toughest problem mostly was language I dealt with the international world. Though they spoke the English language some things they did not understand. Patience and understanding meant alot. Some things took longer for them to understand.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Alcatel-Lucent?The challenging part was the coordinating the receipt of all the necessary documents to meet the terms and conditions of the letter of credit to submit to the bank for payment.
