Always be honest about you work, your challenges, your desires for how you want your life to turn out. We are 100% committed to being a meritocracy, so those who want and can demonstrate the ability to lead will get a chance to do so.

What are the three best things about working at Allyis?

1) everybody has a chance to own a piece of the company they work for, 2) we not only believe in, but actively demonstrate that we care about people's families, their lives outside of work, and where they want to go in their career, 3) if anybody ever wants to change anything or has an idea about how to make their job or the company better, they can always talk directly with me to work on improving things.... read more

What are the five best things you can walk to from Allyis?

The big magnolia right outside the building
The 7 Starbucks within 5 blocks (gotta be honest!)
The fountain on 106th where they have live music in the summer
Barnes & Noble
Zion National Park (if you have the right shoes and a couple months off)

1) My breakfast dishes
2) The beautiful magnolia tree outside my window
3) A tower of CDs near the stereo
4) Some catalogs that just came in the mail

1. The Belleuve Metro Transit center.
2. Nibbana Thai food.
3. Ooba Tooba's Mexican food.
4. Dilletante's mocha cafe.
5. The beautiful and huge fireplace in the lobby of the adjacent building.

What are five lesser-known perks at Allyis?

1. Great benefits - 401k, paid time off, life insurance and disability, and for people with families, up to $500 per month toward childcare.
2. They throw great holiday parties.
3. They give great gifts to help celebrate life occasions (weddings, new home, babies, etc), and also offer great
support when things aren't going well (bereavement, sick leave). When I had surgery they sent flowers and a gift certificate for one of those home delivery food places.
4. They hire really smart people who you'll actually want to see outside of work.
5. Allyis pays better than any other vendor I ever worked for.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Allyis?

Allyis is an amazing company to work for. From the owners on down, they are truly invested in each of their employees, and they're incredibly support, generous, and communicative. I can't say enough positive things about the work culture there.
