IP Telephony and Contact Center software startup with successful IPO Managed corporate marketing (marcom, PR, advertising, trade shows, web site), product marketing and channel development. Launched one of the first IP PBX server systems and contact center software for the SMB market. Cashed in stock options and traveled extensively for one year. During that time consulted for 4 months with another IP Telephony startup (NextWest)
