What's one of the projects you worked on at American Airlines?

Teaching a multi-media curriculum I developed, "Sailing through Sales," to all employees in our frequent flyer sales departments (over 500 people). The techniques learned increased sales at our location by 45% over other AA reservations offices.

I learned how to handle irate passengers, let them vent, give them options, and resolve customer service issues to their satisfaction (as well as the company's). The most challenging time at AA was right after 9/11 for obvious reasons, along with pay and benefit cuts, and seeing co-workers laid off.... read more

Coordinating time and attendance for mechanics in Hangar at AFW, using AutoTA. Clearing exceptions, entering new rotations, daily CS changes. Updating Sick Call Line information daily, maintaining vacation calendar and bids, updating Overtime sheets.
